Accommodation at the Hotel is reserved in advance from Digha &Kolkata Offices : Registered Office & City Booking Offices.
Any sub-letting of the rented rooms, surfaces, or spaces for any purposes other than accommodation purposes is strictly prohibited.
Tariff covers per day from 12 noon to 12 noon next or a part thereof. All rooms are fully furnished with bed and linens, attached bath with modern sanitary fittings. All rooms are fitted with Cable T.V and Intercom Systems. Tea, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are available at an extra cost. Cooking and outside cooked food is not allowed in the Hotel Premises | Rooms.
Guest above 05 years of age will be considered as an adult Guest.
For any loss or damage of articles supplied, the cost thereof will be recouped from the occupiers as per price List available at the hotel counter.
The customer does not acquire any claim for the availability of a particular room, unless the hotel confirmed the availability of a particular room.
Full payment of accommodation charges are liable to be released against all advance bookings at the Hotel.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of booking is allowed up to ten days before the scheduled arrival date.
You will get 50% of the total amount paid as refund.
If you cancel your booking with less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival, you will not get any refund.
To cancel your booking made online, please contact us at sbshotel83@gmail.comand in that mail, please insert or paste the booking details you received in your booking confirmation mail.
Please provide your booking details such as mobile number, order ID etc. in the cancellation request mail.
After you send the cancellation request mail, please call and inform us about the cancellation at 8670672040or 9232257990
We will process the refund after we receive your mail with all necessary details and your call at the above numbers.
